Empire of Roth is a live action role playing (LARP) group located near Tallahassee, Florida. Founded in 2014, our mission is to bring Nordic style larping to North Florida and South East America.

Our game features a small fort to camp in and ~30 acres of forest and trails to explore. While camping is primitive, players have access to a private restroom and running water. From the time the game begins Friday night until it ends Sunday players take on the role of a character they have created. 

 

Our game takes place at the Empire controlled Fort Finis along the edge of the borderlands. Just outside of Fort Finis is a stream that marks the edge of the empire and the beginning of The Wildlands. Untamed and rife with magic, we invite players to explore The Wildlands. The Wildlands are filled with all sorts of creatures, bandits, and necromancers. While dangerous to traverse, players can collect bounties and earn coin. In game currency can be used for buying potions, repairing weapons, gambling, and sometimes drinks. In fort, players are welcome to gamble at poker, compete in archery, practice sword fighting in the arena, or pass time with Horse shoes.
